Semi-Private Personal Training

Our most popular service, you will be working out on your program with up to three other individuals with customized programs. You will get the hands-on experience of our training staff and an uplifting small community environment to help push you further in your workouts. You will be guided through exercises made to maximize effectiveness and safety.

One-on-One Personal Training

This service offers the most guidance and individualization possible when it comes to personal training. You will be taken through the entirety of your workout with a dedicated personal trainer focused on delivering the best service possible. Your program is tailored completely to your needs and will be monitored and modified as needed.

Customized Exercise Selection

Never worry about what you are doing when you go to the gym again. Our programs are made with you in mind; Every workout is designed to maximize what you can do based off of your goals and abilities. We will utilize a variety of training protocols and tools to help keep you motivated and enjoying your workouts.

You can expect your program to make you more capable in some or all of the following areas: strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and flexibility. As you progress, so will your program. You will always have something you are improving!

Digital Workout Catalogue

Your workouts and progress will be tracked during your session on one of our tablets and stored digitally. This will allow you to look back as some past workouts to see just how far you have come. The software we use stores the information from completed workouts, so you never have issues remembering exercise, sets, reps, or the weights you utilized.

Tracking your workouts also allows us to keep you progressing. If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll go where you’ve always been. Having your plan in front of you makes sure we continue making steady progress while minimizing setbacks.

Fitness Testing/Measurements

Regular fitness testing will allow for a more in-depth look at how you are performing to ensure you don’t plateau. This information is also used to create and adapt your program so that it is safe and effective. We also use it as a diagnostic tool to see how we can improve our approach to better serve your needs.

Life can be hectic and sometimes fitness goals change. You may want to train for a spartan run, prep for a new child, or just get better at getting up off the floor. Our regular testiing and check-ins will make sure you are still on track.
