About Us

Shawn Gutierrez

Fitness expert, professor, father, husband, comic nerd, and public speaker. I started my career as a personal trainer during my time at Cal Poly Pomona, where I received my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. After a few years in the field, I decided to continue my education by attending Western University of Health Sciences for a Master’s degree with a Health Education emphasis.

During my career I have accumulated over 17,000 hours of hands-on experience with a variety of clientele from all walks of life. I’ve helped Individual’s aged 8 to 84, athletes, people with back pain, shoulder issues, knee replacements, spinal cord injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and several other varying ability levels. I also spent the last two years teaching classes in Healthy Aging for Older Adults at Mt San Antonio Collge. I bring these experiences to the training floor to maximize what my clients can do in the safest most effective workouts possible.

Adele Jones

Health enthusiast, pilates instructor, personal trainer, wife and mom. I love my morning cup of coffee, watching Friends reruns, cooking healthy meals, and spending time outside.

I received my undergraduate degree in Speech Communication and a minor in Sports Science from The University of La Verne.I have been training clients and helping people improve their health since 2007.

I understand the needs of various ages, body types, conditions, and aim to meet each individual client where they are and safely progress them to where they want to be - stronger, fitter, improved health.

I believe exercise is an incredible external tool to enhance the quality of our lives but also believe our inner tools go hand in hand. Self worth, competency, capability, mental well being and overall sense of self. I look forward to working with you!
